First time exhibitor, Caleb is deadly on the Dig and one half of Cultural Collaboration with his beautiful wife Nikita Fitzpatrick. Making these cultural objects is a way for Caleb to continue cultural practice and share with the next generations.

Caleb Fitzpatrick

Caleb has grown up on Kabi kabi county for the past 30 years, his connections to country and culture involve creating timber artefacts like the Coolamons, Clap-sticks and Boomerangs. Caleb has also been playing the didgeridoo for over 20years and enjoys expressing himself through this practice, with heritage from South East Tasmania (Parrdarrama) also bloodlines that connect to North East Arnhem Land. Working through his storytelling Caleb teaches youth on the coast to me mindful and respectful when walking the native landscapes.
